Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of our fragrance and body products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or products that have been opened or used.

We want you to love your By Hand & Heart LA order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Approved damaged or incorrect orders may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Please note that fragrance may smell slightly different from person to person due to individual skin chemistry. This is not considered a product defect.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
